The Vendor shall provide a comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program including suppression of indoor populations of rodents, insects, arachnids, and other arthropods; outdoor populations of potentially indoor-infesting species; nests of stinging insects; and incidental invaders. Excluded pests (birds, bats, snakes, termites, mosquitoes, outdoor vegetation pests) are handled via special/emergency requests. The Vendor must use non-pesticide methods where possible (e.g., vacuums, trapping), apply insecticides as crack and crevice treatments, use bait formulations for cockroaches and ants, and conduct rodent control with trapping devices and approved rodenticides in tamper-resistant bait boxes. The Vendor must complete an initial building inspection within 10 working days, submit a Pest Control Plan within 5 business days, and provide monthly invoicing and reporting as requested.
