The vendor shall furnish labor, materials, and equipment to perform janitorial services five days a week (6:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday through Friday) including daily cleaning of restrooms, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, emptying wastebaskets, removing waste, cleaning tabletops and chairs, and cleaning mirrors. Twice weekly tasks include cleaning entryway glass and picking up outdoor debris. Weekly tasks include spray buffing tile areas, dusting windows and ledges, and washing partition glass. Semi-annual tasks include shampooing carpets, washing blinds, washing all inside windows and outside first floor windows, stripping and refinishing tile areas, and cleaning HVAC vents. As-needed tasks include other janitorial duties agreed upon with the CMS Facility Manager. The vendor must provide all janitorial supplies and equipment, including environmentally preferable cleaning products, and pay prevailing wages.
