Snow removal shall commence when local snow accumulation reaches two inches or upon Facility Manager request. Snow plowing shall maintain safe passage for access into buildings, parking areas, roadways, approaches, vehicular courts, ramps, etc. De-icing shall commence as necessary using environmentally friendly products that will not damage concrete. Snow shall be piled in the most remote area of the lot or stockpiled only in approved areas; some locations may require removal the same day. Vendor shall make efforts to have all areas cleared by 7:00 AM seven days per week including weekends and holidays, respond within two hours of notification for additional services, and furnish adequate labor, material and equipment.
