The contractor will provide solid waste, yard waste, and compacting waste hauling services on an as-needed basis during the contract period. Services are rendered directly to each governmental unit or qualified not-for-profit agency, and the vendor bills each separately. The contract covers Regions 5, 6, and 7 (Central Territory C).
