The project will rehabilitate the 3,942 SF existing building for use as county administrative office space. Scope includes: rehabilitation of existing structure for use as a public office; reconfiguration of interior spaces including multiple offices, training/meeting rooms; seismic retrofit and foundation stabilization work; addition of automatic fire sprinklers and new data, mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades; building exterior improvements including roof and siding replacement; significant accessibility improvements; and significant sitework including soil abatement, landscaping, construction of a trash enclosure, and parking. The project is designed to meet a minimum LEED Silver rating.
