The selected contractor will work with ARRC Marketing and Corporate Affairs Departments to provide strategic marketing counsel, creative development, media planning and placement, research, analytics and tracking. Deliverables may include media planning and placements, brochures, digital, print and radio advertisements, onboard menus, magazines and signage, promotional items, PowerPoint or video presentations, web enhancements, digital advertising, SEO and other marketing services, performed on an as-needed basis through individual Task Orders with ARRC-established scope, schedule and fixed or not-to-exceed pricing.
