The contractor must provide a main meeting room accommodating around 60 people (at least 1,000 sq ft, with tables, chairs, clean linens, table skirts, and power for computers), a breakout room for around 25 people with tables and chairs, beverage service (coffee, tea, hot/cold water) throughout the day, audio/visual equipment (projector, screen, extension cords, power strips, podium with microphone), and accommodations for up to 40 people for 4 nights (November 15-19, 2026). Both meeting rooms must be accessible from 8am to 6pm each day, and the facility must be ADA accessible.
