**Pre-Bid/Site Visit: **A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 11:00 am. We will meet in front of the ARRC Cruise Ship Terminal and walk over to the location. Attendees should plan on being at the meet location by 10:45 am. You must register to attend the pre-bid by 3:00 pm Friday, September 4, 2026. If no firms register, the pre-bid may be cancelled.

The project will complete grading and pave the walkway to allow pedestrians to travel below Port Avenue. Work includes mobilization and demobilization, borrow type A, aggregate base course grading D-1, unclassified excavation, porous backfill material, clearing and grubbing, asphalt pathway, 12-inch diameter corrugated aluminum pipe culvert, and signage. Work shall be coordinated so as not to interfere with on-going Port Construction projects and must meet current industry standards.
