Department of Labor, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), Business Enterprise Program (BEP) is seeking contractors to provide vending machine service in buildings in the Ketchikan area that are owned, leased or occupied by the state or federal government or on other property as determined by BEP.
Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. August 21, 2026.
The contractor will provide full-service food/beverage vending services in specified buildings in Ketchikan, including installation and maintenance of vending machines, collecting revenue at least once per week, stocking products, paying BEP commissions based on a percentage of gross sales, submitting monthly reports with meter readings, managing refunds, coordinating a transition plan with the outgoing contractor, expanding vending services to additional locations, and complying with equipment specifications including DEX compatibility and credit card readers. The contractor must also submit a building survey within 60 days of contract onset and annually thereafter.
