The contractor must disassemble, disconnect, remove and dispose (off-base) of the existing meter machine; offload, uncrate, install and setup the new Pitney Bowes SendPro MC3000 meter machine and accessories; supply all parts, labor, and equipment necessary; coordinate delivery, removal, and installation with the government point of contact; demonstrate functionality and compliance during a walk-through with the Official Postal Manager; and clean up all debris resulting from the work.
