The contractor shall furnish all supplies, labor, materials, services, and equipment to deliver propane on an as-needed basis to 12 locations listed in Table 1, including tanks at the Pine Ridge Adult Offenders Facility, Justice Center, Fire Department, OST Road Department, Facilities Management Shop and Warehouse, Kyle OST Road Department, Kyle JDC and Adult Correction Facility, Water Booster Stations, Sewer Lift Station, and Porcupine Communications Tower. The contractor must provide remote monitoring of propane levels, monthly tank level reports, notification when levels reach pre-set low levels, emergency delivery within 24 hours, delivery tickets, and an LP Gas MSDS data sheet. The total estimated quantity is 72,000 gallons over a 7-month period from October 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.
