The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the service herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
The contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles to perform office janitorial services at the DeQueen Lake Project Office area. Services include daily and semi-annual cleaning as specified in the Performance Work Statement. The contractor must also establish a quality control plan, comply with safety and security requirements, and obtain any necessary licenses or permits.
