The project location is Moore Field, Edinburg, Texas, at USDA ARS Building 4 Dip Vat facilities. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications. The base bid includes items such as mobilization, demolition, concrete walkways, post foundations, metal roof, fencing, gates, plumbing, and electrical work. Additive alternates include additional cattle corral pens and galvanization of fencing and gates.
