Pre-Proposal Site visit tentatively scheduled for 4 September 2026. Proposal scheduled for release on 13 August will provide POC's and necessary information to submite to attend pre-proposal site visit. Potential offerors interested in attending the pre-proposal site visit can submit information for attendees, to include Name, Place of Birth, and copy of Passport to daniel.k.magrino.civ@us.navy.mil prior to solicitaiton release to exdpedite the approval process for site access.
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and applicable safety precautions necessary to design and build a steel-framed rappelling tower with reinforced concrete foundation, access stairs, elevated platforms, guardrails, and rappelling wall support structure (CLIN 0001); a Helicopter Landing Zone/Helipad consisting of a reinforced concrete landing pad (30 SM), aircraft parking apron, access pavement, aircraft grounding and tie-down systems (CLIN 0002); and, as options, a Vehicle & Equipment Boat Storage Facility (375 SM) (CLIN 0003 – Option 1) and a Boat Launch Slipway and Small Floating Dock (CLIN 0004 – Option 2), all in accordance with the Performance Technical Statement.
