R507 Refrigerant Resupply for IRT

The contractor shall supply 2,000 lbs of R507 refrigerant in cylinders, with the bulk in 1000-lb cylinders (approximately 800 lbs net per cylinder) and the remaining balance in no smaller than 100-lb cylinders. All cylinders provided under this purchase order shall be returned to the contractor upon completion of use by the Government; the contractor is responsible for arranging and paying all costs associated with the return of the cylinders, including pickup, transportation, freight, shipping, and any other applicable return charges. The contractor shall include all return costs in its quoted price and shall provide the Government with instructions and coordinate the return/pickup of the cylinders from NASA Glenn Research Center. Delivery is FOB Destination to NASA Glenn Research Center, Building 170: Icing Research Tunnel Refrigeration Plant, 21000 Brookpark Rd, Cleveland, OH 44135, with a need-by date of October 23, 2026 or sooner.
