The Government will evaluate the offeror's price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination in accordance with RFO 12.203.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.
NAVSUP WSS Transportation is provided at no cost to the Contractor and is mandatory in accordance with the solicitation. Any additional costs, including tariffs, duties, taxes, or customs fees, shall be included by the offeror in the applicable line item(s) of the proposal.

The contractor shall supply 64 each of 20"IPS x 4"THK x 36"LG insulation sleeving (item 0001), 12 each of 1/2"IPS x 2-1/2"THK x 36"LG (item 0002), 30 each of the same 1/2" size (item 0003), 18 each (item 0004), 6 each (item 0005), 6 each of 10"IPS x 2-1/2"THK x 36"LG (item 0006), 1 each of 18"IPS x 3-1/2"THK x 36"LG (item 0007), and 3 each of the same 18" size (item 0008). All items are firm fixed price and must be delivered on or before 30 Oct 2026 to SRF AND JRMC YOKOSUKA, Japan, with FOB Origin shipping arranged via NAVSUP WSS.
