This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

ALL CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD, no later than the solicitation response date of September 21, 2026 @10:00 am Central Standard Time. If your SAM record is not Active prior to quote, it will not be considered.
The contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, labor, and transportation to install HDPE bird netting over 6 individual triangle-shaped pens using galvanized cable and rings. The netting must be UV-stabilized knotted polyethylene, flame-resistant, rot-proof, non-conductive, stable in sub-zero temperatures, with a 10-year warranty. The installation must ensure complete containment of ravens or similar sized birds within each pen.
