**AMENDED 002** -6640 - WSNC IDIQ Respiratory Fit Testing Equipment, Supplies, and Annual Calibrations

The contractor shall provide a quantitative Respirator Fit Tester (brand name or equal to TSI 8048 PortaCount) that includes fit-testing protocol with exercises in compliance with OSHA and ANSI for tight-fitting respirators; must fit-test a wide variety of disposable N95s as well as full-face elastomeric, half-face elastomeric, NIOSH series-100/99/95 filtering-facepiece, and FFP1/FFP2/FFP3 respirators; must have a maximum fit factor of 10,000 and 200 for disposable N95s; complete test between 2-5 minutes; have built-in screen or optional onboard touch screen; option to connect to external tablet/laptop; internal memory for storage and retrieval of at least 1000 fit-test results; be portable with weight limit of 8 pounds; include carrying case; have bridge software that transfers FIT testing results to a VA computer via direct USB connection, with TRM approval required; include a particle generator; include rechargeable battery; have one-year minimum warranty; come with initial probe refill kits and Isopropyl Alcohol 99.5%; annual calibrations and supplies as optional CLINs; include virtual or video training; all equipment must be new and unused; shipping costs included in price. Additionally, the contractor must provide a standalone desktop bridge software application compliant with One-VA Technical Reference Model (TRM) requirements, including zero-cost support, security patches, operating system compatibility upgrades, FIPS 140-3 validated encryption, and prohibition of cloud syncing. The software must execute under non-privileged VA local user account, not require local administrator rights, and coexist with VA endpoint security tools.
