The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other non-personal services to perform Hospital Communications and Executive Secretariat Support Services, including graphic design, multi-media and video production, writing, editing and public relations, plus review, coordination, routing, tracking and delivery of executive correspondence and lifecycle management of publications and issuances, using seven full-time equivalents across six labor categories during a one-year base period with two option years at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
