Remove approximately 1800 square feet of rock landscaping, remove/replace landscape fabric, verify slope, and put rocks back.
The contractor must remove approximately 1,800 square feet of rock landscaping and retain the rock for reuse, remove and discard existing landscape fabric, remove aluminum landscape edging and retain for reuse if possible, smooth the subgrade surface to achieve a uniform 4% slope away from the building foundation, install commercial grade permeable landscape fabric/weed barrier of minimum 5 ounces (approved by the District Manager), install aluminum landscape edging (replacing damaged sections with Permaloc 1/4-inch x 4-inch or approved equivalent), and install retained rock to a minimum depth of 3 inches (using Winona River Rock for coloration if replacement rock is needed).
