Water Treatment, Maintenance, & Monitoring Services - VA Black Hills Health Care System - Hot Springs VA Medical Center

The contractor shall provide all labor, management, tools, travel, supplies, consumables, equipment, culturing, testing, and qualified personnel necessary to provide monochloramine and corrosion inhibitor dosing to the domestic water systems. Monochloramine levels are to be maintained between 2-4 ppm, and corrosion inhibitor levels at 8-12 ppm throughout the system. The contractor shall provide continual remote monitoring, conduct at least one monthly site visit for system inspection, water sampling, chemical adjustment, calibration, preventive maintenance, and parts replacement. The contractor must also provide annual training for facilities personnel and a formal written program review. Specific reagent requirements and delivery procedures are detailed for Buildings 10, 12, 18, and 29, including the use of Klenzoid, Inc. reagents or approved equivalents. Preventive maintenance includes monthly, semi-annual, and annual tasks on the SANIKILL systems.
