The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Orlando VA Health Care System (OVAHCS), has a requirement to provide a 10ft height by 6ft wide Transparent Digital LED Film display.
The contractor must provide a turnkey Transparent Digital LED Film display solution including hardware, electrical/data installation, delivery, and technical specifications. The display must meet salient characteristics: Crystal Clear Version, 5mm pixel pitch, 10ft height x 6ft wide, Novastar TB40 receiving cards, 85-95% transparent, 120-volt hidden power supply, high brightness 2,000–3,000 nits, day/night auto-adjust brightness, flexible panels that can be bent/cut and adhered to glass. The contractor must conduct a project kick-off call within 14 calendar days of award, remove all packaging waste, and perform installation Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Eastern. The period of performance is 30 days after award.
