The contractor shall supply and deliver OEM or OEM-equivalent spare parts for three YORK YLAA0517HE series air-cooled chillers, including mechanical components (scroll compressor, condenser coils, fan motors), electronics and controls (microprocessor control board, EEV stepper driver, display modules), sensors and safety devices (pressure transducers, safety switches, temperature sensors), electrical components (contactors, isolator switches, fuses), and consumables (compressor lubricant, filter drier cores, coil cleaner). The contractor is responsible for verifying all part numbers against chiller nameplate data, providing certificates of authenticity and manufacturer warranty documentation, and delivering door-to-door within 30 days after contract award.
