Work includes use of OEM parts, calibration, safety testing, field service reporting within two days of service, software updates for safety recalls, replacement of worn or defective parts to restore equipment to 100% operational condition, and telephonic 24/7 service call availability with a 4-hour callback and next-business-day on-site response for corrective maintenance.
