The contractor shall construct a multi-stage passive acid mine drainage treatment system for a seasonal seep, including mobilization, clearing and grubbing, pond dewatering, earth fill/dirt work, 8-inch HDPE collection pipe, concrete for flow spreaders and seep step, high-calcium limestone AASHTO #3, dosing siphon concrete vault and 10-inch dosing siphon, settling/oxidation pond appurtenances with outlet pipes, orifice plates and baffle curtains, wetland seeding and planting, permanent erosion control, 5-wire fencing, and removal of equipment and tanks, comprising a 415-foot limestone channel, four flow spreaders, 150 ft x 90 ft flushable limestone bed, 190 ft x 75 ft settling pond, 204-foot transfer channel, hybrid wetland with earthen baffle, and riprap outlet channel.
