The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, repair/replacement parts and supplies, services and materials, except as specified here as government-furnished, for the engineering, installation, operation and maintenance of Business Cable TV, Internet and Ethernet services on the United Sates Air Force Expeditionary Center (USAFEC) campus, this includes buildings 5656, 5651, 5652 and 5650. USAF EC currently has Comcast Business Cable, Comcast Business Internet and Comcast Business Ethernet services. All current services are to remain at the same level of services currently being provided on the USAF EC Campus.
Break-out of USAF EC accounts can be found in Appendix A. The Contractor shall perform maintenance of the infrastructure required to ensure cable TV, internet and ethernet access is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The Contractor shall be capable of providing service to government official users in the buildings identified above. The contractor will provide the best possible technical performance consistent with sound engineering and commercial practices.
The commercial internet and cable TV infrastructure on the USAF EC campus consists of digital cable adapters, modems, routers and wireless access points.
