Generator Preventative Maintenance
The contractor shall perform semi-annual Level I and annual Level II preventive maintenance on twelve emergency generators, including fuel system, lubrication, cooling, exhaust, battery, electrical, and prime mover checks. The work includes load-bank testing with a step-loading process at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of nameplate rating for four continuous hours. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials, and dispose of removed fluids in accordance with applicable regulations. The contract includes one base year and four option years.
