Request for Proposal - Cellebrite Products

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.202(b) (FAR Class Deviation 25-21). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation Number: Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 70CMSD26R00000009.

The intent of this solicitation is to establish a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for firm-fixed priced Cellebrite Products, as well as a subsequent Delivery Order under this IDIQ.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.

Solicitation Documents

This announcement contains Sam.gov “controlled” RFP/Solicitation documents. As such, Offerors interested in submitting an offer for this solicitation shall request a copy of the RFP/Solicitation documents through this Sam.gov notice.

When requesting the RFP/Solicitation documents, Offerors shall ensure all requests include the Offeror’s name, point of contact, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number.

This solicitation will incorporate provisions and clauses by reference or full text. Referenced provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul .

(ii) A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable)

(iii) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions (see 12.102).

RFP/Solicitation documents will include the date, time, and place for receipt of offer and point of contacts.

Note, the date and time for receipt of offers will not be adjusted upon the Offeror’s receipt of the RFP/Solicitation documents. If the date and time for receipt of offers changes, all parties in receipt of the RFP/Solicitation documents will receive an amendment to their solicitation documents (i.e SF30).

(viii) Any other additional information required by 5.101(c).
