This is a combined solicitation for commerical services prepared in accordance with the format in Seubpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information, utilizing FAR 13 acquisition procedures, including in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and no other request for proposals will be issued. This solicitation sets forth requirements for proposals for a contract to provide landscaping and grounds maintenance services as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The Contractor shall provide all labor, services, materials, equipment, and disposal necessary to perform comprehensive grounds maintenance, including lawn care (maintaining grass height between 4 and 6 cm), pruning, irrigation system inspection and minor repairs, watering, fertilization, weeding, pest and disease control, debris removal, indoor plant care, and perimeter ditch and berm maintenance. The work covers approximately 390,000 square feet within the inner facility perimeter and designated external areas including an asphalt-lined perimeter ditch and adjacent berm. The Contractor must submit a Grounds Maintenance Plan within 30 days after award and annually thereafter, and provide all necessary vehicles, equipment, and qualified personnel. Services shall be performed between 0700 and 1530, Sunday through Thursday, with a minimum of two personnel on site at all times.
