The supplier shall deliver a fully assembled, factory-tested Spinning Drop Video Tensiometer with all hardware, software, consumables, and documentation required to measure interfacial tensions and rheological properties of systems with surfactants. The system must include a spinning drop interfacial tension range of 1x10-6 to 2x103 ±1x10-8 mN/m, a rotational drive with speed range 0 to at least 15,000 rev/min, a camera with at least 2 Megapixels at 150 fps, temperature control from 0 °C to 150 °C, and software for contour analysis and data export in CSV/XML formats.
