PKB Security Systems Maintenance FY26 JSOU

The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, software, documentation, and incidental services necessary to maintain the JSOU Security System, including the AMAG Symmetry Security Management System (Version 9.3.0 or approved successor). Tasks include scheduled preventive maintenance (at least one comprehensive annual inspection and quarterly visits), unscheduled corrective maintenance, technical support (telephone, email, remote, and on-site), system administration (badge creation, database administration, access level configuration), equipment support for approximately 128 controlled access points and associated devices, equipment replacement, documentation and configuration management, engineering documentation updates, and training for Government personnel. Emergency repair efforts shall begin within two hours of Government notification, and routine support is available Monday through Friday, 0600–1800 Eastern Time.
