Update 0003: Request for Quotation (RFQ) W911YU26QA003 Guam Army National Guard (GUARNG) G4 Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Vehicle Corrosion Repair and Prevention Control Services, Amendment 0004.

A. PURPOSE: The purpose of this Amendment 0004 is to officially extend the RFQ submission deadline and notify industry of a forthcoming amendment containing technical updates.

B. REVISIONS: RFQ Due Date Extension: The deadline for the receipt of quotes is hereby extended from Friday, August 7, 2026, to Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 1:00 PM GMT+10. Notice of Forthcoming Amendment 0005: Offerors are advised that a subsequent Amendment 0005 will be issued in the near future to: Post the official Request for Information (RFI) Log containing the Government responses to industry questions and Provide updated RFQ documents incorporating those responses, to include the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Terms and Conditions, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and the Asset List. Monitoring Instructions: Offerors are instructed to continue to monitor SAM.gov for all official RFQ updates, amendments, and final document releases.

C. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0004 prior to the hour and date specified for receipt of quotations. Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
