PETE - HVAC Ductwork Cleaning and Mold Remediation

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, management, and supervision to assess, clean, and remove accumulated material and debris, including mold remediation, within the ductwork and vents of HVAC systems at Five Forks Visitor Center (base item) and optionally at Eastern Front Visitor Center, Appomattox Manor, Maintenance Building, and Headquarters Building. Work includes system shutdown and safety, mechanical cleaning procedures (vacuuming, mechanical agitation, HEPA-vacuuming), vent and filter cleaning, post-cleaning verification (PRV sampling to IICRC S520 Condition 1), mold remediation (containment, removal, clearance testing), waste handling and disposal, and post-service restoration. All work must comply with NADCA ACR Standard, ACCA Standard 6, EPA Document 402-K-01-001, ANSI/IICRC S520, and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.
