Amended to include stite visit for 08/18/2026 from 10am until noon.
The contractor shall provide all supplies and technical advisory services for proper chemical treatment of boiler plant water and steam, including monthly site visits to perform water tests, review logs, and provide recommendations; provide all chemicals, test kits, and corrosion coupons; conduct annual waterside inspections of boilers, feedwater deaerator, and condensate storage tank; provide training sessions; and respond to emergency requests within four hours. The contractor must also provide a fully qualified on-site contract manager who is reachable within one business day.
