Department of DefenseIssuing agency·Pine Bluff, AR·via the SAM.gov Get Opportunities APIArmy Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Non-micronized Pentaerythritol in accordance with (IAW) drawing 36-1-317, Rev F. This solicitation will result in a single firm-fixed price contract that contains an Option Quantity of up to 100% of the quantity of the base year, to be evaluated at time of award. This solicitation will be issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a non-commercial supply and will be awarded to the responsive, responsible, lowest priced offeror.
The following Contract Line Items (CLINs) are established as follows:
CLIN 0001: Non-Micronized Pentaerythritol
Requirement: Shall be produced IAW drawing 36-1-317, REV F, dated 21 April 2022 (Attachment 0003)
Quantity: 41,800 lbs.
CLIN 0002: First Article Test (FAT)
Requirement: Required prior to run of production quantity. CLIN 0002 shall be produced IAW drawing 36-1-317, REV F, dated 21 April 2022 (Attachment 0003)
Quantity: 2 lbs. / 1 each
OPTION: CLIN 1001: Non-Micronized Pentaerythritol
Requirement: Shall be produced in accordance with (IAW) drawing 36-1-317, REV F, dated 21 April 2022 (Attachment 0003)
Quantity: 41,800 lbs.

The contractor shall produce and deliver 41,800 lbs of Non-Micronized Pentaerythritol IAW drawing 36-1-317 Rev F (CLIN 0001), provide a First Article Test of 2 lbs/1 each (CLIN 0002), and, if the option is exercised, deliver an additional 41,800 lbs (CLIN 1001). The PE must be packaged in 50 lb bags or fiber drums, with SDS and Certificate of Analysis including particle size analysis. Delivery is FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, with inspection and acceptance at destination. The contractor must also comply with DFARS 252.211-7003 for item unique identification.
