The contractor shall construct a new 2,500-square-foot modular imaging facility at the Stockton VA Clinic. Work includes civil site improvements (roadways, parking, utility connections and relocations), architectural scope (exterior harmonization with campus, ADA-compliant covered walkway, interior finishes, and coordination for VA-furnished MRI/CT equipment), structural work (foundation system, equipment support pads, walkway structural support), fire protection (system integration, riser installation, monitoring and notification), plumbing (domestic water distribution system), mechanical (HVAC systems with BAS integration, pandemic-ready operation, all-electric mandate), electrical (power distribution, emergency systems, LED lighting, imaging equipment integration), telecommunications (campus integration, nurse call, security systems, structured cabling), and fire alarm (addressable system, campus integration, commissioning). The MRI and CT equipment will be furnished and installed by the VA; the contractor shall leave the scan rooms and equipment rooms as shell space for VA completion.
