2027 Timber Harvest

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and other items and services necessary to harvest pine and hardwood timber at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. The sale consists of a complete harvest of all merchantable timber covering approximately 40.5 acres. Estimated quantities include 763 tons of pine saw-timber, 756 tons of pine pulpwood, 91,200 board feet of hardwood saw-timber, and 314 tons of hardwood pulpwood. The contractor must weigh or scale all merchantable timber for payment, comply with Tennessee Best Management Practices for logging, rehabilitate all sites, and adhere to security requirements including criminal background checks for personnel accessing the AEDC Security Area.
