LPKF, Protomat S104 PCB Milling Machine System w/Fume Extractor ***Sole Source***

The contractor shall provide one LPKF Protomat S104 Advanced Mechanical Milling System (P/N 10066476), one i-Series dust extraction system with HEPA filter (P/N US-114647-I), one starter pack of milling bits (P/N US-129103-1), one RF starter pack of milling bits (P/N US-116394-1), and one LPKF ProConduct equipment for through-hole plating with paste (P/N 115790). The system must accept gerber files, offer programmable process parameters, mill features and drill holes in populated circuit boards, have a maximum material size of 13" x 9.8" x 1", a maximum working design layout area of 12" x 9" x 0.3", mechanical mill resolution (X/Y) equal to or less than 0.00002", milling repeatability equal to or less than ±0.0002", capability to mill partially and fully through a 0.3" thick board, fully enclose the working area during processing, and connect to a vacuum system for dust mitigation. The contractor shall also deliver an Operations Manual (CDRL A001) 10 days prior to the end of the period of performance.
