All responses must be submitted in PDF format and the Pricing Sheet must be submitted in Excel format via email to MAJ Pandy, Phillip at phillip.d.pandy2.mil@army.mil and SSG Mbawuike, Uchechukwu at uchechukwu.mbawuike.mil@army.mil. All submissions are due to the responsible Contracting Office no later than 20 November 2026 @ 1300 1PM Hawaii Standard Time Zone.
Provide three 9-passenger vans with drivers, one 9-passenger van with drivers, and two 45-passenger coaches with drivers, all climate-controlled with privacy blinds, including licensed drivers, fuel, insurance, tolls, parking, maintenance and all operational costs. Perform daily airport shuttles between Techno International Airport and Hyatt Regency Hotel, dedicated coach arrival and departure shuttle windows, transit from Hyatt Regency Hotel Phnom Penh to Phum Serey Hotel Kampong Speu, and daily morning and evening commutes from Phum Serey Hotel to the PKO Training Center 13-27 February 2027. Provide Defense Base Act insurance and optional round-trip cultural event transportation to the Siem Reap/Angkor Wat area.
