STAFF AND PATIENT PARKING GARAGE MAINTENANCE POP: 9/1/2026 through 8/31/2027 Plus 2 Option Periods

The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform comprehensive parking garage maintenance services at the SLVHCS Parking Garages. Services include mechanical sweeping of all garage drive lanes, parking bays, ramps, and exterior aprons (monthly minimum, biweekly for high-traffic zones); pressure washing of floor slabs, stairwells, ramps, curbs, walls, and oil-stained areas (patient/visitor levels quarterly, staff levels semi-annually, spill response within 48 hours); parking striping and surface markings including repainting stall lines, arrows, legends, accessible symbols, crosswalks, fire lanes, and curbs as directed by the COR; trash and debris removal (patient/visitor levels daily, staff levels three times weekly); and structural member inspection and minor maintenance including quarterly visual inspections and annual detailed inspections with condition mapping, plus minor repairs such as crack sealing, small spall patching, joint cleaning and resealing, cleaning and coating of minor surface corrosion, and drain grate restoration. The contractor must also perform quarterly inspections of structural systems and provide all necessary test equipment, parts, and labor.
