The USAF Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Special Operations Forces and Personnel Recovery (SOF/PR) Directorate, has a requirement to manage the supply chain process for repair of the aircraft components listed below. To consolidate contract actions, the Government is searching for a contractor that can manage the repair process, partner with the OEMs ensuring proper repair, and monitor transportation. The key element of the effort will be the Contractor's ability to establish relationships with each OEM. Supply chain management, shipping, storage, timely reporting of asset location, and delivery schedules will be conducted based on industry standards and performance-based contracting.
This effort will establish repair capabilities for production kit items not covered by existing processes. These items are part of the Special Mission Systems (SMS) kits for the AC/MC-130J aircraft.
