The scope of work includes: (1) Demo and reconstruct an STC-45 sound-rated wall around office 225, including a sound-rated door and frame, with consideration for floor finishes, suspended ceiling, and asbestos testing; (2) Remove and re-install all roller shades throughout the office and replace four roller shades with new ones matching existing as closely as possible; (3) Mount a Government-furnished Video Teleconference System in Office 225; (4) Install a sound masking system in the common corridor only. The contractor must provide all supervision, labor, material, and equipment. The performance period is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Work hours are 7 AM to 5 PM. The project is located at the Carson City Federal Building, 705 N Plaza St, Carson City, NV 89701.
