Water Testing - Edwards AFB

The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and supplies necessary to perform laboratory analysis for drinking water parameters at Edwards AFB. Services include providing sampling containers and chain-of-custody forms; performing analyses for total coliform, HPC, arsenic, secondary MCLs, disinfection byproducts, nitrate, nitrite, lead & copper, regulated secondary minerals, regulated inorganics, radiologicals, VOCs, asbestos, SOCs, metals by ICP-MS, bromide by IC, pesticides by GC-MS, semivolatile organic chemicals by GC-MS, alcohols by GC-MS, cyanotoxins/microcystins by LC-MS/MS, cylindrospermopsin by LC-MS/MS, total microcystins by PCR, haloacetic acids by GC-ECD, total organic carbon, and non-routine emergency/short-notice special projects. The laboratory must hold CWB ELAP certification, follow NELAP standards, provide certified written reports with QA/QC data, transmit results to CWB via EDT, notify the base immediately of any positive coliform or MCL exceedances, and submit electronic reports within one business day of analysis completion. A courier service shall collect samples from Edwards AFB once per week between 1200 and 1400.
