The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA, Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project.

Removal and installation of a 230/115-13.8-KV, 150MVA, transformer KV1A, removal and installation of associated 230/115KV take-off structure, KV1A tertiary station service feed, installation of a new station service, removal of the existing station service, and installation of new KV2A tertiary station service feed, associated foundations, structures, associated electrical equipment, removal of control building single-phase AC panels, installation of control building 3-phase AC panels, and site development for Weld Substation, Stage 05.
