This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0952 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Feed Silo Maintenance.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 493130. The small business size standard is $34M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

The contractor shall provide labor, equipment, and materials to safely remove feed residue, compacted material, and solidified feed mass from within a 30-ton feed silo, restoring full storage capacity and proper feed flow through the cone discharge. Tasks include site preparation, mechanical or manual breaking of solidified feed, removal of all feed residue and buildup from silo walls and cone interior, cleaning of internal surfaces, inspection for corrosion or structural damage, and provision of a written condition report with photos. The contractor must follow confined-space entry protocols (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.146), use appropriate PPE, and remove all waste materials to an approved on-site disposal location approximately 1,000 yards from the silo. The government will provide site access, isolation of the silo, and disposal instructions.
