RFQ 36C26226Q1146 is to acquire Cargo Truck in accordance with (IAW) B.2 and B.3.
The contractor shall show clear, and compelling evidence to meet all requirements of this solicitation.
This solicitation is restricted as Brand Name or Equal, Small Business Set-Aside, Open Market.
Award will be made IAW ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES, a FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES.
ALL quotes must be received by Thursday, August 13, 2026.
The contractor shall deliver two (2) Taylor-Dunn Stepsaver SS5-46 (SS-546) electric personnel/burden carriers or equal, meeting specified salient characteristics including 24 V DC system, 9 mph max speed, 600 lb load capacity, 30 in x 19 in bed size, all-welded steel frame, safety orange color, and compliance with OSHA 1910.178 and ANSI B56.8. The delivery includes mounting plates for hitch and pintle hitches. Delivery is FOB Destination to the Long Beach VA Medical Center warehouse.
