Boise VA Campus gutters, downspouts, and roof drains service,

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and tools to perform semiannual cleaning and maintenance of building gutters, downspouts, and roof drains at the Boise VA Medical Center. Tasks include removing debris from gutters, downspouts, and roof drains; thoroughly cleaning and rinsing gutters and downspouts; flushing roof drain lines and confirming pipes are free of obstruction; collecting and removing all debris; and performing minor repairs such as reattaching and caulking separated gutters and downspouts and replacing missing fasteners. More extensive repairs requiring replacement of gutter sections or downspouts will be accomplished via separate purchase order. Work is to be performed in two phases each year, in November and June, with each service scheduled at least seven days in advance and completed within a two-week period.
