The contractor must also conduct a grade recovery survey in 2029 to provide new index logs by January 1, 2030, and deliver a transition plan four weeks before contract end. Deliverables include kick-off meeting minutes, monthly indices starting November 10, 2026, quarterly averages, methodology for updating index logs, and a closeout certification.
