The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Commercial Supplies on a Sole Source Basis from Branter and Associates, Inc.
The proposed contraction is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106.

The contractor shall deliver the connectors detailed in Section 3.1 of the Statement of Work, which includes 30 line items of connectors from TE Connectivity, such as CONNECTOR CPG1027/1-107, XSJJ-2-CCP, MINO-4-CCPL, and titanium housing connectors, with quantities ranging from 5 to 58 each. The contractor must also submit monthly progress/status reports (CDRL A001) and a certificate of compliance (CDRL A002) verifying that all delivered hardware meets required technical specifications, material standards, and contractual quality requirements. Products shall be shipped to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division at 1601 Langley Avenue, Bldg. 542, Philadelphia, PA 19112.
