The Bureau of Reclamation, Klamath Basin Area Office, requires the supply and delivery of replacement components for the rebuild of four tile drain pumps located on Area K lease lands in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Solicitation 140R2026Q0097 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and as a combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR Overhaul Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and no separate written solicitation will be issued.
The requirement includes furnishing parts, materials, and associated documentation for pump rebuild, including Goulds brand name or equivalent components, in accordance with the specifications provided in the RFQ package. Vendors shall provide pricing for the firm fixed price line items listed in the solicitation.
Quotes are due September 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time and shall be emailed to margaret_jones@ios.doi.gov. See RFQ instructions (52.212-1 Addendum) for submission and technical information requirements.
The contractor shall furnish all parts, materials, and associated documentation necessary to support the Government's rebuild of the remaining four tile drain pumps. The Government will conduct all installation and rebuild work; the contractor is responsible solely for supplying parts. Required parts include Goulds 14" RJHC/1 Stage bowl assemblies, Goulds 12" RJHC/1 Stage bowl assemblies, 14" Cone Strainers, 12" Cone Strainers, 1 ½" x 5' Oil tubes, 1 ½" x 1" Line shaft bearings, and 1 ½" x 1" Top head shaft bearings. Vendors may propose equal products provided they meet all salient characteristics, functional requirements, dimensional compatibility, and performance standards necessary for proper integration with the existing Worthington Dresser pumps.
